Meet our Staff
Donna Megeary
Leader
My name is Donna, I live locally with my family.
I've been working with children for over 30 years, qualifying as an NNEB (NVQ3) way back in 1986.
I have worked in schools, preschools and as a nanny.
I had a career break when I had my daughter, during which time I ran a toddler craft group.
I enjoy spending time with my family; we have our own allotment which keeps us busy.
I also enjoy baking and shopping with my daughter.
My favourite story is ;The Tiger Who Came For Tea'.
I can't imagine I will ever change my career; I have watched many children grow and develop over the years and wish to watch many more.

Early Years Practitioner
I have been working with children for seven years now and gained my level 3 qualification in 2015.
I have Special Education Needs training and have worked with children with additional needs and supporting them to achieve the best they can. I love to do this as it gives me so much pleasure knowing that I can really help children and make a difference which I feel very passionate about.
I love working with young children as every day is different and I love watching how much they grow and supporting them on their journey ready for school.
I have two girls of my own who I love spending time with. I like to share books with my children but my favourites are the Gruffalo and We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. I love these stories as children love to listen and can get involved in the story too.
I really love being involved in messy play with children and watching them to play and see how much fun they’re having but also the lots of different skills they are learning. I like to get messy too.
