Donna Megeary

My name is Donna, I live locally with my husband, daughter and mum.

I've been working with children for over 30 years, qualifying as an NNEB (NVQ3) way back in 1986.

I have worked in schools, preschools and as a nanny.

I had a career break when I had my daughter, during which time I ran a toddler craft group.

I enjoy spending time with me family; we have our own allotment which keeps us busy.

I also enjoy baking and shopping with my daughter.

My favourite story is ;The Tiger Who Came For Tea'.

I can't imagine I will ever change my career; I have watched many children grow and develop over the years and wich to watch many more.

Carol Hillyard

Hi, My name is Carol. I live in Lavendon with my husband and 2 dogs. I have two grown up children. Previously I worked as a childminder for over 13 years. When i am not working I enjoy walking with my dogs and gardening.

My favourite colour is yellow, it reminds me of the sun and daffoldils in the summer.

My favoutite book is 'We're Going On A Bear Hunt' by Helen Oxenbury. The children and book come alive when you read it.

Aimee Emmett

Hi my name is Aimee;  I have 4 children of my own. In June 2013 I took over the running of a toddler group and developed a love of watching toddlers learn, grow and play. I decided I would like to follow a career path in early years so here I am. I completed my Level 3 course in early years and I look forward to helping your child grow and get ready for their next step into school..

Samantha Seville

Pre School Leader - On Maternity Leave

Hi my name is Sam Seville. I live locally in the village of Lavendon with my husband and 2 children, Daniel and Thomas. I've been working with children since I left school and have over 6 years experience working in the Early Years.

I have gained my level 2 and 3 in Early Years Care and Education, I am currently working towards a Degree in Childhood and Youth studies.

After 6 years out from having my children, I have decided to come back to the Early Years as I have missed it very much!

Working with children is such a rewarding career and it's such a privilege to play a part in their journey through life!

Abigail Kay

Hi my name is Abigail but most people call me Abbie. I have worked with children since leaving school at 17, I did an apprenticeship so could gain experience as I learned. I now have 7 years experience doing my different roles within childcare. I have worked as an assistant, nursery nurse, room leader, senior nursery nurse and preschool manager within a day nursery and was also the SENCO. I have also been a nanny to two children for a year and a half. I hold NVQs 2 and 3 in children's learning, care and development. I recently started studying towards my foundation degree and gained a level towards that (level 4). I have now decided to take a step back in my career to be able to spend more time at home with my daughter who was born in January 2014.
